All non-instanced zones have had their mobs added to the database. When you view a map via the website, mob data will be displayed on its own layer. Click the mobs check box to turn the displaying of mob data on and off.
No, the mob data is not available for download at this time.

I went through and optimized every map in the database today.
This has reduced the maps by an average of 33% and the complete set is now down to approx 10megs.
I encourage you to update your maps as the most recent ones for the new expansion were incredibly large and cause wierd things to happen with the map lines. The new maps should use less memory.
